Contains a special acrylic resin. Water repellent and resistant to mildew and fungus growth. Formulated to weather slowly over time. Can be applied to new, unprimed fiber cement siding. Dries to a natural flat finish. Covers 100-300 sq. ft. per gallon. Rates vary upon the porosity and type of surface.
